Yesterday

Yesterday morning we spent a couple of hours at Point Mallard before the kids had gymnastics and then I went to Step Aerobics and Powerfit at the gym.  I forgot to mention I now weigh 154:)  Keep in mind my goal weight is 137:)

  1. Jennifer! Wow! you are so close! You can do this! Every time you get down, remember how good it is going to feel to finally reach that goal! Remember Kayla's sweet face and think about how much easier it will be for her as an adult to have had a mother that encourages fitness and has gained control of her weight! Congratulations! I can not wait to read the post you write that says DONE!
