We spent Saturday-Tuesday at my Mom's house in Gulf Shores. We had GREAT weather and it was such a relaxing trip
My Mom's boyfriend had two kayaks waiting on the kids as a surprise...they tried them out in the pool and had a BLAST!
We then decided to try them in the ocean. It was MUCH harder to keep them afloat!
I decided to try using it a a boogie board and it was hilarious...I even have bruises from flipping over!
See...this is how it ended...with salt water burning my eyes!
Sunday we went out on the boat in the back waters around Ono Island. We had a picnic lunch on the boat and even saw a dolphin!
Later Sunday we decided to take the kayaks over to Johnson Beach, FL since the water is calmer there and the kids got to kayak for awhile.
Sunday night we attempted to go crab hunting but found NO crabs...weird!
Monday we met up with some friends from Texas and played on the beach and in the pool at their condo. Unfortunately I forgot my camera so I have no pics:( We all went out to eat Monday night. Our plan was to go to Lulu's but there was a 2 hour wait so we went to Big O's instead. Then we went to The Track and had a BLAST! I took pics with my phone.
