Workout Recap

Sunday- Rest Day
Monday- Ran 1 mile- hip was hurting so rode bike 6 miles and did an arm workout.
Tuesday-Step Aerobics and Powerfit
Wednesday-Zumba
Thursday- Hitt and Powerfit
Friday-Ran 1.5 miles and walked .25-hip hurting
Saturday-Traveled to the beach-no working out:(
