This my friends is my favorite trainer/instructor at the gym. She is amazing and nothing but solid muscle. She is only 4 years older than me and has 3 kids. No, I didn't ask her permission to steal this pic off of fb that is why I cut half her face off, lol. I want her arms!!!! (oh and no I don't typically steal people's pictures...ha!)
