I kept thinking it was a fluke that the scale is reading 142...it seems to have fluctuated up and down around 145 over the past few weeks and on Monday it said 142 which would mean 65 pounds lost but I decided to not get too excited until I saw it for a few days...well it has said it for the past 3 days now so I guess...65 pounds gone...only 5 pounds until goal weight...wow!
