I gracefully fell over a curb on this mornings run...along one of the busiest roads I could possibly fall on! It happened in slow motion and I couldn't stop myself:( The worst part isn't even this it is my hand but you can't see the cuts in pictures. I have tiny cuts in my left hand and they burn like crazy....ugh. I am so thankful that is was during my last mile...I got up ran for a second then stopped and walked for about a tenth of a mile and ran the rest of the way home. Oh well, I know of plenty of other runners who have fallen at some point during their running career and this was my first time...I hope it is my last!
