Clean Eating
Hello blog readers...whoever you are:) I hope you have had a GREAT week. I've been kinda blah this week. Of course it is "that" week of the month and I also decided to change my eating habits this Wednesday so those 2 things have attributed to my blahness. I have decided to do the best I can at cutting sugar and white flour out of my diet. I REALLY want to have some more definition in my muscles and want to lose my belly and since what you look like is 80% nutrition I need to step up to the plate. I'm not going low carb and still having things like Kashi cereal, bars and crackers which are made with wheat flours and natural sweetners such as honey instead of sugar and white flour. Oh and Wednesday morning when I weighed it was 152 so I'm down another pound....actually when I got on the scale this morning it was 151 but I won't hold my breath and think that is true until it shows up again...yes I weigh everyday...it is an illness...ha! I've now lost 55 pounds...only 15 pounds until goal weight...yay!!!!

Love your determination and seeing the lengths you are willing to go to to reach your goal. Almost there - can't wait to celebrate with you online when you "have arrived"!
